about
“Hey There, Oblivion” is a love song for an uncertain times. When things fall apart we hold close to what’s most dear. It’s about how we’re all part of the same energy, everything and nothing “Oblivion.” This has become even more apparent these past few months as many people sit with themselves and examine their lives. I find myself more grateful for the small things, and looking at the future with more surrender.
lyrics
Clear night at the end of the world
The dogs are barking and the lights are low
I’ll wear my blue dress and I’ll water the roses
Just your heartbeat and the radio
And if it all goes up in smoke
I just want you to know
I’ll always hold you close
And we’ll see our old friend
Hey there, Oblivion
Blood moon mariachi band
smells like summer back in Michigan
Cigarettes and coppertone
And new breeze carries old ghosts
I’ve got no answers and I got no plans
Just gonna love you the best I can
And if it all goes up in smoke
I just want you to know I’ll always hold you close
And we’ll see our old friend
Hey there, Oblivion
And if it all goes up in smoke
I just want you to know I’ll always hold you close
And we’ll see our old friend
Hey there Oblivion

Bewitching cello "looper" mixed like Ed Alleyne-Johnson did in early nineties but not on New Age way. Here it is as closer to J.S. Bach and his Cello Suite than Ed Alleyne. But the method is similar.
A very relaxing performance brings ears to nirvana by sounding rich harmonics from her instrument.
Siting quiet on a sofa savoring these sumptuous melodies taking my mind out of daily customs. This is what I feel while I'm listening to this album. Emmanuel Codden

The sweetness of the harmony and beauty of the tracks made me have to purchase this album. The vocals float like ethereal sprites with compelling warmness yet a certain captivating sadness as well. This is what Americana should sound like... this is what country should sound like... for it's so real and emotionally delivered... yet absolutely gorgeous. theexplodingogre
